onePOS Professionals are here to assist you every step of the way, whether it be the initial consultation and demonstration with the merchant, the estimate process, the implementation, or the ongoing support. onePOS has some of the industries finest and most talented Sales and Support Staff, who have years of experience and understanding in the POS/Processing business.

POS as a Service:

POS as a Service is designed to assist you in offering the merchant a lower upfront investment to be competitive in any market. onePOS owns and maintains the hardware, the merchant pays one low monthly fee for Hardware and Software as a Service (plus a small Implementation Fee) to program the many features of onePOS and optimize performance specific to their operation. You earn a commission and keep your residuals.

We protect your onePOS/i3 portfolio:

Gateway and EMV Readers are only issued through onePOS. This gives us the ability to protect your account. Additionally, if the end user requires different processing, the reseller will still be required to go through the gateway and fees may be different for non i3 Verticals processing. We designate you as the parent company in our CRM so that onePOS staff can quickly identify your merchant accounts when processor changes are requested.

Hardware Requirements:

To provide a consistent experience and good support it is critical that all hardware be purchased through onePOS. As part of the onePOS Limited Reseller program, onePOS will stage hardware by installing base software along with support software based on the limited reseller order. Hardware will be purchased through onePOS at limited reseller pricing which will be published regularly. Reseller is free to markup hardware as needed to the end user.
