ePic Controller

Built specifically for harsh hospitality environments the ePic controller has no moving parts. This helps keep moist air and grease out of the unit. It is connected via the same ethernet network that the terminals and backoffice software is on. It is designed to run QSR kitchen software as well as third party software.

eXpert Controller

The eXpert controller is the next generation of the ePic system. It runs Windows XP Embedded or any other embedded operating system. It allows for the use of full multi-media applications as well as the ability to run desktop applications. It also offers the configurability of SODIMM memory and compact flash storage.

KP-4000

The KP-4000 is a configurable, water and grease resistance keyboard for kitchen video. It is mountable on a tabletop or wall, and can be mounted as far away from the control unit as needed with its PS/2 connection. It is compatible with both the ePic video controllers and eXpert hospitality controller, as well as third party devices. It has 20 configurable keys rated for thirty million pushes.

ePic Kitchen Display Software (KDS)

The ePic KDS software supports fully customizable views including Fixed Grid, Flex Grid, Line Item, and Bin Manager. It supports virtual views so that you can create different views from different routing information all on one screen.

ePic Kitchen Display Xpress (KDX)

The KDX system implements the most commonly used kitchen functionality in a quick service environment. It supports up to eight displays and has a simple configurator. It is designed for small to medium and multi-unit quick service and table service operators who do not require the robustness of QSR's KDS system.
