Reliable

No single point of failure should dramatically effect operations. Support in the event of a problem should be fast and accurate, and where possible the problem should be resolved on the first call.

A failed computer system can create more havoc in your operations than not having one at all. We design fault tolerance into every system we create, minimizing potential disruptions to your day-to-day operations. Further, our support providers are trained and staffed to help you through any questions or issues that might arise, any time, any day.

Easy To Use / Simple

All features should be accessible and very intuitive. Training on any one aspect of the system should take a matter of minutes, not hours. Information systems should improve your life, not complicate it.

Training should be minimal, with most operations designed so they are "self teaching" as the user proceeds through the process. Every part of the system should look and function the same. Accessing us is that easy as well, through guaranteed response times, a wide range of contact methods, and wealth of information provided on-line.

Functional

There should be no built-in limits on our designs and software; they must be capable, adaptable, and expandable.

Our systems are carefully thought out and executed. No one can predict what you may require in the future, but our open architecture allows us to adopt new features and standards in a timely manner. They do not include built-in limitations that always seem to be reached in the real world.

Accessible

The system is the customers, and they should be able to access any information stored in it.

Through ODBC exports, XML based connectivity, and our Internet services, we provide any size operation access to their sales and performance data, from anywhere in the world, all with minimal effort by your staff.
